Refund and Return Policy

At Trendinday we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (opened cosmetics, intimate products, food).
How to start a return
- Email support@trendinday.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with a return label or instructions.
- Ship the package back using the provided label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
Refund timing
After your refund is processed, it can take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
