Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: 5–10 business days. Free over $50.
- Canada: 7–14 business days.
- International: 10–21 business days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email support@trendinday.com.
Lost packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Customs and duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply at delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility.
